Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Velyjolly is trying to put your order processed asap (We are in Toronto, Canada).

We usually carry over your order to a courier in 1-2 days after checkout. If your address is within Canada or US, it will take around 3-7 days. If international, it might take around 14-35 days. All depend on the location and shipping plan. It may depend on the courier and the weather.

 

International shipping (except US) is only non trackable due to high shipping fees. Please let us know if you need tracking services (around $75). If you face delivery issues with international shipping or any non trackable shipping please contact the courier. 

Velyjolly does not have any responsibilities regarding any delivery issues. Please contact the courier. However, if there's anything we can help you please let us know.

If you want faster/other options, please contact us first and extra cost might be charged.

Customers will need to pay any possible extra cost during delivery (taxes, duties, etc).

Pick-up service: Pick-up only @ Yonge&Eglinton, please contact us to arrange the time first. Delivery fee will not be charged for this service.

If your order is over $120 before tax you will be able to enjoy free shipping (non-trackable)!

​

Velyjolly always pack your order with bubble bags to prevent your order's damaged. This includes subscription orders too (no exclusive package except Combo items, and lettermails).

Return & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy. However, if your item is in a good condition as return policy described below, you will be able to do return and get refund.

​

1. All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a DISCOUNT code, Subscription items, "Limited" items and at offline (pop-up store, etc.) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned and refunded. 


2. Conditions for returns.
* Items must be returned in new condition (sealed with an original sticker) and carry the original label. Once the sticker has been detached, or damaged, the items cannot be returned and refunded. 
* Items that have been used, damaged, or 48 hours after delivered (regardless new condition) are NON-refundable. 
* Shipping fees paid for the delivery of your order (online purchase) are not refundable. 
* Shipping fees paid for your return are not refundable except in case of defective items.

3. How to return by mail
A trackable return method is highly recommended.
Follow these return steps:
1)DM (@velyjolly) /email (velyjolly@gmail.com) us to inform us of your return within 48 hours of receiving your item 
2)Customer Service will approve your request or suggest other options if applicable. You will receive an email notification / DM on your request status. It may take 1-2 days 
3)IF APPROVED, let us know the tracking number via email / DM. Your Return Approval is valid for 5 days after receiving the approval email from our customer service so send it off ASAP. 

-After that 5 days, NO CHANCE to return it anymore

-If you did not provide us the tracking number and the item's damaged or lost we won't compensate for anything.
4)Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to five-ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
